Terms & Conditions
REGISTRATION & PAYMENT
- Registration down payment paid to PT. GARNIS TOUR & TRAVEL is non-refundable (down payment non-refundable) down payment of a minimum of IDR 5,000,000 or according to the selected tour / destination package plus visa fees (if any).
- Participants are willing to fulfill the completeness of the document requirements according to the schedule and conditions of the Embassy of the destination country. Visa fees must still be paid even if the visa is not approved by the Embassy, as well as if there are other costs such as cancellation of hotels, trains and or airplane tickets that occur due to deadlines. time that is not necessarily in accordance with the completion time of the visa process from the Embassy, as well as other tour costs will be charged to the tour participants.
- Registration without a deposit is non-binding and can be canceled without prior notification to the Participant.
- Registration advances cannot be transferred or changed to other tour packages. (non-rerouteable, non-endrosable deposit).
- The tour fee review is carried out 40 days before the departure date.
- Registration made less than 40 days before the departure date must be paid in full.
- For applicants who are over 70 years old or have limited body or sensory functions or mental limitations, they must be accompanied by family members, friends or relatives who will be responsible during the tour.
DEVIATION
(Deviation; Changes, extensions, additions/deviations of travel routes outside the scheduled travel routes by PT. GARNIS TOUR & TRAVEL)
- The deviation can be processed if you have made a deposit and attach a photocopy of the passport.
- A deviation can be made if the number of departing and returning participants has met the quota from the airline's provisions.
- If the deviation has been approved, a fee will be charged according to the airline's provisions and cannot return to the original schedule.
- PT. GARNIS TOUR & TRAVEL does not guarantee confirmation of planes, hotels and so on if the Participant wants an extension of the tour package schedule. Then if the deviation request cannot be approved by the airline, the participant will automatically return to the original schedule.
- A deviation that will shorten the tour package schedule, will not be given a cost reduction from the original standard package.
CANCELLATION
If there is a cancellation of the tour event by the participant before the departure date, the cancellation fee is as follows:
- After registration: Advance registration (Non refundable)
- 60-30 calendar days before departure date : 50% of review fee
- 29-15 calendar days before departure date : 75% of the review fee
- 14-00 calendar days before departure date : 100% of the review fee
If there is a cancellation of the tour event by the participant before the departure date, the cancellation fee will be as follows:
- Participants who change the departure date or change the package/type of tour.
- Participants who are late in providing visa requirements from the time limit set by PT. GARNIS TOUR & TRAVEL and resulting in Participants unable to leave on time because their visa application is still being processed by the Embassy/relevant authorities.
- If the visa application is rejected, while the ticket has been issued before the visa application is approved, due to the necessity in connection with the deadline determined by the airlines, the visa fee cannot be returned and the participant is still subject to cancellation and administrative fines in accordance with conditions related to the airlines. hotels and agents abroad.
- Participant registration advances are non-refundable if the Participant cancels unilaterally.
- Tour participants who do not pay off the tour until before the ticket issuance process is considered unilaterally canceling.
- Departure cancellations made by PT. GARNIS TOUR & TRAVEL because the group cannot meet the quota will be informed to participants no later than 32 days before departure.
- Cancellations made by PT. GARNIS TOUR & TRAVEL due to insufficient minimum number of participants for tour departure requirements, all funds received by tour participants will be returned in full.
- Cancellation made by one of the parties (Participant or PT. GARNIS TOUR & TRAVEL) due to natural disasters, wars, disease outbreaks, terrorist acts or other (Major Majeure) conditions, the provisions above are subject to change at any time without notice First, it depends on the policies of airlines, hotels and partner agents abroad.
(Force Majeur; An event that occurs beyond human ability and cannot be avoided so that an activity cannot be carried out properly).
REFUND
- Airplane, train and other transportation tickets and unused accommodation are non-refundable.
- If the prospective tour participant is unable/sick before the scheduled departure date, the refund/cancellation fee will refer to the cancellation regulations.
- If there are services in the package that are not used by the Participants due to absence or illness during the trip, the Participants are not entitled to demand money back.
- For tour participants who are not allowed to enter or are due to deportation actions by the local immigration authorities (even though they already have a visa), or who are found by the airline company, or are on the way suffering from illness, or have mental disorders, or on the way have an accident, which are forced to must return to deviate from the trip that has been determined in the tour program, or be forced to cancel part/almost the entire trip after departure, is not entitled to a refund or any other form of refund for services that have not been or have not been used.
- The refund or refund process will be processed by PT. GARNIS TOUR & TRAVEL within a minimum of 1 Business Day or a maximum of 14 Business Days. Excluding Saturdays and Sundays.
PARTY PT. GARNIS TOUR & TRAVEL AND ALL AGENTS/PARTNERS ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE AND CANNOT BE PROSECUTED FOR:
- Accidents, loss of luggage and delays in the arrival of luggage due to the actions of the airline or other means of transportation, then the standard of replacement is based on the provisions of the international airline or transportation service provider used
- Loss of personal belongings, suitcases, deposited goods at airports, hotels and criminal acts that befell tour participants during the trip.
- Delays or cancellations of flight schedules as a result of natural disasters, riots and others of a 'Force Majeure' nature.
- Leaving Participants due to illness or accident during the tour.
- Cancellation of group departures due to not reaching a minimum quota of tour participants.
PARTY PT. GARNIS TOUR & TRAVEL AND ALL AGENTS/PARTNERS ARE RIGHT TO:
- For the sake of convenience and smooth tour planning, PT. GARNIS TOUR & TRAVEL has the right to issue airline tickets, trains and other transportation, accommodation, entrance tickets to tourist objects without verbal or written confirmation to tour participants who have made deposits or reviews.
- Cancel the departure of the tour, if the number of participants is less than the minimum number of participants for a departure, and the tour fee that has been paid will be refunded in full.
- For the sake of convenience and smooth planning of tour trips, PT. GARNIS TOUR & TRAVEL has the right to ask tour participants to leave the group if the tour participants concerned try to riot, disrupt tour events, ask forcibly, and provide incorrect information about the tour, etc.
- Change the hotels that will be used because the hotel is full and replace it with another equivalent hotel according to consideration and confirmation. If during the tour period in the cities visited there is an exhibition/conference going on, it will be replaced with other hotels that are comparable in the nearest towns.
- The tour schedule can change at any time following possible conditions without reducing the contents of the tour event.
- PT. GARNIS TOUR & TRAVEL has the right to collect the difference in tour prices and others (if there is an increase in tour prices, airports, taxes, etc.) to prospective Participants.
- PT. GARNIS TOUR & TRAVEL has the right to collect tips from the Tour Leader from Jakarta if any of the tour participants have not paid.
OTHER NOTES – Special for Spiritual Tour/Pilgrim
- Every tour participant who registers will be given an attractive cabin suitcase made of fiber measuring 18″ or 22″ with the PT. GARNIS TOUR & TRAVEL logo on it.
- For Participants from outside the city/island other than the JABODETABEK and JAVA areas, cabin luggage will be given on the D-Day of departure at the airport.
- Delivery of luggage to the JABODETABEK and JAVA areas uses DAKOTA CARGO, JNE, TIKI, GOJEK, and GRAB courier services as partners of PT. GARNIS TOUR & TRAVEL.
- The cost of sending luggage to other cities/islands other than JABODETABEK or JAVA is the responsibility of the Tour Participants.
- Damage of luggage during delivery is not the responsibility of PT. GARNIS TOUR & TRAVEL.
- Luggage distribution will start 2 (two) weeks before the tour departure.
